How to Order

Step 1

Customer “Send Inquiry” via email to sohorfish@gmail.com. Write down details of your order: our code of products, size, and quantity

Step 2

Our team will check your order and send “Proforma Invoice” for customer’s approval. Document will contains a list of payment (fish cost, freight cost, packing & shipping cost).

We will work within 24 hours after receiving the inquiry details from customer.

Step 3

Customer “confirm order” and “transfer payment”  by T/T or Paypal or Western Union to our account.

Step 4

Once the payment is received, we will start to prepare document for shipment, book space on the nearest arrival date and quarantine fish. The shipment need process approximately 8-10 days after payment received.

Step 5

Packing process and the fish is ready to be delivered to your destination.

Step 6

Customer send us report right after receiving order.
